Ruta de Bibliotecas, the Library Route, returns to Asunción on Saturday, 17 October, for its sixth edition. The guided tour visits 13 libraries and cultural centres in the capital, each with its own activities.1
This year's theme is “Homenaje” (Tribute), recognising the people and places that encourage reading. The route runs from 17:00 to 21:00, is free and is open to all ages.1
How to join
Participants meet at 16:30 at the Euclides da Cunha Library of the Guimarães Rosa Institute, on 25 de Mayo Street at the corner of General Aquino. From there the programme splits into four circuits, with challenges, games and literary sessions at each stop.1
